CBUT-DT UHF 43 and CBUFT-DT UHF 26 are still not showing up on my signal analysis report for West Vancouver, BC.

What's pending is your government's completion of the paperwork on the IC website that TVFool uses for licensing data. The TVFool database simply reflects what IC shows.

Missing CBC Channel and CIII Channel # Error

Thank you for a great charting system.

Based on my Kitchener, Ontario location,
CBLT-DT 5-1 is missing
CIII-HD Global shows up as (Virt 6-1, 6-2), around 76 Degrees.

AFAIK, it is the broadcaster that has not submitted the paperwork to update to operational status.
