San Diego area - additional virtual channel information

Hi,

It would be helpful if you could update the following channels with the virtual channels:

XHJK-DT 28 (28.1) Azteca
XHTIT-T 29 (29.1) Azteca
XHUAA-T 22 (57.1) Televisa
XEWT-TDT 32 (12.1) Televisa

Also, any of the stations above that are listed as tentative are/have been broadcasting for quite some time.

These changes were put in several updates ago, but I'm just leaving a note here for completeness.
