CHCH Hamilton, Ontario

I noticed this weekend, that CHCH Hamilton has put their test pattern on RF15. The signal appears very strong. I am not able to pull RF11 at all, but the RF15 come in loud and clear.

Does anyone know when they plan to go live with their switch from RF11 to RF15?
