Will outdoor antenna help even this low and blocked?

Can get an antenna just above fence at 6.5 feet. Will have a fairly good but blocked-by-some-trees opening to the S by SW. This worked well when u advised me 2 years ago :), but I was above the roof and with a clearer shot. I will need a fairly small, unobtrusive chice (condo appearances, etc.). Any antenna recommendations?

The FCC clearly states that HOA restrictions on rooftop antennas, are unenforceable.
