How did WFSB's analog signal on channel 3 reappear?

For the past several months lookups in CT and MA show WFSB on channel 3 in purple. Clicking on the entry shows 100 KW ERP at the old analog site. How did an analog full power station creep into the current FCC/tvfool database?
