uncertain why a specific channel isn't being picked up

So I have checked the channels in my area. Here's the report...

I'm going about reception very simple. I have 2 of the following antennas from Amazon that are in my upstairs pointing west and south.

Picking up over 30 stations so pretty happy. Just curious if anybody can tell me why I don't get WRSP-DT 44 (55.1) yet I get WAOE-DT 39 (59.1) which appears to be less likely. I'm getting everything else above them on the report. Not a big deal, just curious what the explanation might be.

Thanks for your thoughts on this.

Can you post your RabbitEars signal report?

Looks like according to this report that station is poor reception.

Hang in there, it might get better. From the RabbitEars info, it looks like they are scheduled for the phase 9 repack and will be moving from physical channel 44 to 16...and will also get a bit of a power increase and a higher antenna. Phase 9 is scheduled to be complete by May 1st. See the before and after coverage maps.

Thanks for that rabbit ears link, that certainly made things clearer. Especially your additional info you provided with a positive outlook. Looks like I will want to occasionally rescan and see what I get.

WAOE is currently channel-sharing on WHOI on physical channel 24 while their new facility is being built. The channel 39 facility should have been decommissioned and off the air several weeks ago per FCC filings.
