KWHY 22 Afiliation

KWHY 22 is Telemundo Affiliate. NBC owns Telemundo. They also own KVEA 52 Is also Telemundo.

Just because KWHY is owned by NBC does not make it a Telemundo affiliate. It is independent.

Once again, Trip is correct in saying that KWHY is an independent station, despite being owned by NBC/Telemundo.
KWHY does not broadcast Telemundo programming which is why it is still considered to be an independent station.
