Did anything significant happen in Toronto Wed?

I had to rescan my channels today (Wed. Nov. 9) and I couldn't get either OMNI2 (rf51 69.1) or CITY (rf44 57.1). Oddly enough, I picked up 30.1 (not sure of the real frequency) coming in from Kingston (I'm in Hamilton)... But that's a whole other story.

Anyway, it was a couple of hours of scanning and rescanning (and manually tuning into the channels) before, first CITY, and then OMNI2, came back online.

I had heard (maybe here, maybe somewhere else) that OMNI1 & 2 and CITY were going to be moving from the BMO tower to the CN Tower soon (November I think I remember). Is that what happened, or is that yet to happen?
