In your listing you list KCAL as IND. It is not. It is CBS Stations Division.

Just because KCAL is owned by CBS does not make it a CBS affiliate. It is independent.

Trip is right, News4la. KCAL 9 is still an independent station, even though it is owned by CBS. KCAL does NOT broadcast any CBS affiliated programming during the daytime and prime time and therefore it's still an independent station.
