Beginner needing to choose an antenna

I am completely overwhelmed when I try to figure out what antenna I need and if I'll need anything else with it. Please help!!!

Here are my TV Fool Results http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...cc4937a88aa24a

I definitely want the stations to the southwest and having the 2 analog stations would be nice, and anything more than that would be a bonus.

I would like to have up to 3 tvs connected. I am open to a roof mount if I need it. I've tried a mohu leaf which can do decent in my upstairs at times (not sure why one day I had 21 channels and most days I can only get the analog stations), but I can't get anything with it in my living room on my main floor.

The tvfool report is showing no feet antenna height above ground.

Please make a second tvfool report with antenna height 25 feet above ground.

Antenna system #1.

For reception of all the USA Network Digital Tv stations/channels.
NBC , CBS , ABC , PBS , FOX , MyNetwork , The CW , ION , etc. .

And Canada Digital Tv stations/channels.
CIII-DT channel 29 GTN , CHCH-DT channel 51 IND. ,
And possibly , CBET-DT channel 9 CBC , CICO-DT channel 33 TVO.

And Analog channel 42 CTV ONE.

Install a Winegard HD7698P antenna with a , Antennas Direct CPA-19 preamp , above the roof aimed at about 213 degree magnetic compass direction.
Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html.

Here are some strong and sturdy antenna mounts , http://www.ronard.com/909911.html , http://www.ronard.com/34424560.html , http://www.ronard.com/ychim.html , http://www.ronard.com.

Antenna system #2.

If you will like to receive more Canada , Digital Tv stations/channels.

CFPL-DT channel 10 CTV TWO.

And possibly , CJMT-DT channel 20 OMNI 2 , CFMT-DT channel 48 OMNI 1 , CICO-DT channel 33 TVO.

Install a Second antenna system that is the same as antenna system #1.

The 2 antenna systems Are Not connected together on one coax.

The 2 antenna systems are Separate all the way to the locations of the Tv/s.

And be connected to a Remote control A/B antenna coax switch.

http://www.radioshack.com #15-1968 or http://mcmelectronics.com #32-4425 .

Remote control A/B antenna switching is Channel Surfing Friendly , push the button on the hand held remote control , change antennas and keep on channel surfing.

_________

Before buying the second antenna system , test reception with antenna system #1.
Turn the antenna to the direction of about 99 degree magnetic compass direction.

_________

As always , trees and tree leaves do a real fine job of reducing or blocking Tv reception and so do buildings and other obstructions including your own house.

It is best to install the antennas a location that has little obstructions to no obstructions of any type or kind in the directions of reception including your own house.

The Tv/s Must Channel Scan for the Broadcast Tv Stations Channels , sometimes named the 'Air Channels' or 'Antenna Channels' in the Tv setup menu because the Tv transmissions travel through the air from the transmitting antenna to the receiving antenna.

DO NOT channel scan for cable tv channels.

Why is it that I get some channels one day, and the next day they don't come in? This is using my Mohu Leaf.

That is because indoor antennae, are marginal performers, at best and are blocked by building materials.
