My "guess" is no, but the only way you'll ever know is to try it and see. |

I'm not much of a tech guy, I'm usually the one asking the questions but I have gained some experience over the years. In your case I would definitely try to go higher. I have several ideas on masts and Guy wires. I will call mine a poor man's Tower, if you're interested, I can get you some ideas on that. At any rate these guys on TVFool are the best in the business. Your conversation has attracted some good Minds here. I like the suggestion of the DB4e for the wider reception area. From what I understand four bays are very good when your transmitters are separated. If you're willing to go up higher with your Mast maybe you could consider ganging/stacking two antennas. Maybe stacking 2DB4e's ? I'll keep an eye on this thread. http://forum.tvfool.com/showthread.php?t=1024 |
oops, posted this kind of again as my post seemed lost for a day or so...........
sure, we cut the cord and they figure out another way to charge us............ https://www.techhive.com/article/353...d-cutters.html |
doesn't seem too long that we just may need a new tuner box to take in the atsc 3 signal and view it.

So, let's get back to the subject. What have you done to improve your reception? We all want to help you but we want to see some progress!

sorry, have not made it back up tot he cabin yet, 200 miles from home, not a quick trip to see or try anything. Thinking of going with the db8e, possibly combine signal with existing unit, it has to add something o the signal. with the whole virus panic that is around might take a bit to get up there. the db8e to me, looks like a pair of db4es combined.
