Is this a , house , town home , condo , apartment , mobile home , motor home , or etc??

How many floors??

What is the top floor??

What directions do , windows , patios/balconies , face??

Use Exact address to make a Tvfool report.

Make the antenna height in the report , 25 feet.

A antenna height of 25 feet above ground is a reference antenna height that provides a good evaluation of what Tv stations are receivable.

Post the Tvfool report.

Sorry...was working from cell phone and now on the laptop.

Private residence. Single story. Antenna would be ~15 off the ground or so mounted to the side of the house. Front door faces north with the best mounting location being on the west side of the house.

Hi Battledad,

The good news is with this map, you have reliable access via translator to ABC, CBS, FOX and Idaho Public Television. NBC will be a little more work as there is no translator and you dealing with a 76 mile distance and a terrain obstructed signal.

What are your goals in over the air reception? Do you want all the big networks or is NBC not a big deal? Without NBC, the recommendation will become a little easier.

How is your immediate area? Are you surrounded by trees or do you have a open visibility to magnetic 120 and 60?

Cheers.

Will require a Antenna that can be aimed in two directions.

The antenna is a , Antennas Direct DB8e UHF antenna.

Above the Peak of the Roof install the DB8e so that 1 panel is aimed at about 127 degree magnetic compass direction.

Aim the other panel at about 227 degree magnetic compass direction.

Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html.

Use a Real and Actual magnetic compass to aim antennas , do not trust a cell phone compass.

----------------------------

As always , the closer trees and other obstructions are in the directions of reception , the more disrupted reception will be.

As always , the more distant trees and other obstructions are in the directions of reception the better reception will be.

The Best Practice for Reliable Reception is to install the antenna at a location that has the least amount to no amount of obstructions in the directions of reception including your own roof and house.

He is using Dish and looking to see if he can max channel access. That would include the normal networks plus ion, me, this or others. When i look at the map i see the need for multiple antennas and then reception challe. Thinking he is best off with satellite.
