In addition to the list of omissions already posted by Jacques, CKMI-DT 15.2 GLOBAL also does not show up.

I noticed that Jacques posting was in 2011, it is already 2014, 3 years have passed without this problem being corrected!

Hit the "Pending" button and they'll probably show.
