WLUF is still analog on ch 10

They do have a CP for digital on ch5, but talking to their chief, they don't have any date for switching to digital.

Thanks for the update!

WLUF has been reverted back to their channel 10 analog record.

We can restore their digital record if/when they decide to build it.
