A zip code level TV fool isn't accurate enough for mountainous areas.

Please pinpoint your EXACT location using the "Online TV Maps" Tool (place the marker EXACTLY) on your roof in the proposed location, set the height above ground , then create a new plot from that. With that, we should be able to see what might be possible.

Heres what I think you asked for. If I'm reading right we won't get much. Suggestions? Thanks.

Make a tvfool report with the antenna at 25 feet height.

You should be able to pick up the Newport/Lincoln City translators with the proper antenna and pre-amp. Rooftop is strongly recommended.

There is some ambiguity regarding what channels are in use in that area. Translator K05KY has been licensed to operate on VHF channel 5 in analog and holds a construction permit to build a digital UHF 27 replacement. I can find no evidence that either facility is operating. Should they be operating, they should be re-broadcasting KWVT-LD. KDLN-LP (LD) is operated by the same owner and would likely be the same fare. They're supposed to go from VHF-4 to UHF-24.

You do only have a handful of available stations at your disposal with several (perhaps) to come. Eventually, all will be UHF making a "long-range" UHF antenna with a pre-amp the suggested solution.

Here are references concerning K05KY.

K05KY is most likely transmitting on UHF channel 27.

If so the receivable channels are all UHF in the direction of 171 degree magnetic compass you can install a Winegard HD9095P UHF antenna with a Winegard AP8275 preamp.
