Extraneous listing for CFTO-DT

There's an extraneous entry for CFTO-DT in Toronto (pending stations), where it displays in the list as Digital VHF 9 but shows the pattern of Digital UHF 40.

Could you please clarify something? Is CFTO moving their digital transmitter back to channel 9 after they shut off their analog transmitter? If so, I'll make the pending reports show only the channel 9 digital and no channel 40.

Indeed — CFTO is shutting down Ch. 40 and moving back to Ch. 9.
In short, the one labelled CFTO-DT(1) is the correct post-transitional listing. You can do without the other two under "Pending".
