I plan to buy: http://amzn.com/w/3AS5L4DA4IB8C
Plus: http://www.boxee.tv/live
Location info: http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=29&q=id%3d0b860812d86f85
Im looking at about $200 after everything is bought. I currently have an older attic antenna but I do get any reception no pre amp. I would mount this on my roof height maybe around 40-50 feet. What channels can I expect with this setup? Thanks for any help!

25 feet: http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=29&q=id%3d0b86446256a70e
35 feet: http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=29&q=id%3d0b8645319e926b
The house is two stories we have an extension that would get it up to about 50 feet on top of the roof if that would help. We already have the house wired from the attic for 4 tvs but I would only be using 1 for the near future.

Ok 50 feet it is , at 35 feet and 25 feet WKBN and WFMJ drop off the radar. Install a Winegard HD9095P antenna aimed at about 23 degree magnetic compass and a Winegard YA1713 antenna aimed at about 70 degree magnetic compass. The two antennas are connected together with a UVSJ = UHF/VHF Separator Joiner. Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html. Here are the tv stations/channels that will be received , WNEO-DT 45 PBS , WKBN-TV 41 CBS and FOX , WFMJ-TV 20 NBC and CW , WTOV-TV 9 NBC and Me-TV , WTRF-DT 7 CBS and FOX and MyNetwork and ABC , WOUC-DT 35 PBS. This set up will supply signal to one tv with no amplifier. If two tv's are connected use a Channel Master CM3412 two way distribution amplifier. If 3 or 4 tv's are connected use a CM 3414 four way distribution amplifier. Here are some Strong and Sturdy antenna mounts , http://www.ronard.com/909911.html , http://www.ronard.com/34424560.html , http://www.ronard.com/ychim.html. Here are places to buy antennas and etc. , http://www.channelmasterstore.com , http://www.winegarddirect.com , http://www.solidsignal.com , http://www.amazon.com. Type ronard in the SolidSignal search box or buy from ronard.

I am interested in how well the Boxee tv tuner works. Any pixelation , dropouts , no reception , as compared to tv tuner that is in the tv set. Remember the tuners must scan for , Digital Broadcast Tv Channels , sometimes called , 'air channels' , because the Digital Broadcast Channels travel through the air between the transmitting antenna and receiving antenna. Do Not scan for cable tv channels.
