WKOI-TV broadcasts from Richmond, Indiana, which is approximately 34mi, (certainly not 9.3 mi.) from Hamilton, Ohio. For this reason, the estiamted Signal Pwr (-52.5 dBm) must be in error. Wkef is virt 22.1 (not stated).

According to the FCC License license data for WKOI-TV, their tower is located at 39° 30' 44.00" N, 84° 38' 9.00 " W which puts it around 8-10 miles north-west of Hamilton.
