The tvfool.com database apparently does not include information about CHNM-DT.

CHNM-DT began broadcasting on reduced power on December
17, 2009. On February 12, 2010, CHNM-DT was approved by
the CRTC boost its maximum effective power to 8.3 kilowatts.
CHNM-DT's current assigned channel number is 20. However,
through the use of PSIP, digital television receivers will display
CHNM-DT's virtual channel as 42.1.
