All of the available digital signals are on UHF frequencies in your area. A roof mounted 2 or four bay panel antenna (such as Antennas Direct DB-2 or DB-4, the Antennacraft U4000, Channel Master CM-4220 or 4221 or Winegard HD-4400) facing Mount Seymour will do well receiving the Vancouver area stations.

You may get lucky and receive the US signals from Orcas Island in the San Juan's but I expect that you'll need to add a rotator or second antenna and an A/B switch to make those signals reliable.

Is there a reason you can't share with the rest of the class?
