I have been using a roof mounted DB2 antenna for approximately 2 years. Initially when I set it up I got lots of pixelation, channels dropping completely, etc. It was suggested that I was getting too strong of a signal based on my location and to try an attenuator. A 3db attenuator did the trick. Had a perfect picture on all channels for 2 years solid...until a month ago. Now just one channel (9.1) on one tv, going through Tivo box has started cutting out, to the point it is not even watchable most times.

My info... http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=29&q=id%3d14f30210bba7b0

Contacted the television station directly. They suggested doing channel scan, adjusting antenna, taking off attenuator, and determining if any new electronic equipment might be interferring. None of that is the issue. I have even replaced the cable from the antenna to the tv.

Any suggestions?

Well, you might experiment with antenna aim, pointing more towards the south, bit by bit, to see if things clear up.

Try two 3 attenuators (6 db) or a 10 db attenuator.

Try to aim the antenna upwards to the top of the nearby towers.

The Tivo tuner might be bad. And the first four tv stations on the list are over the top strong. http://www.antennasdirect.com has a variable attenuator.
