Hello all,
I'm new to this genre and could really use some advice on the appropriate antenna to purchase (e.g. make, model #, and where to buy it). It will be installed on the roof of my single level home. In addition, if you have any suggestions about installation, please advise. Thank you.

You are living the easy life. The Tv stations are strong and easy to receive. I recommend a Winegard MS-2000 antenna. Mount the antenna above the roof in such a manner that the antenna has a clear view in all directions. Here is a antenna mount that will likley work well for mounting the antenna. http://www.sadoun.com/Sat/Products/Perfect/PVEM1.gif , a Ronard 4560 or ChannelMaster CM9030. Here are places to buy Tv antennas and etc. , http://www.solidsignal.com , http://www.starkelectronic.com , http://www.amazon.com , http://www.3starinc.com
