Many years ago, I set up an antenna here in this remote area of North Florida with the help of some of you on this forum. I know I am limited as to what I can receive , but always looking for more channels. I also know there are " gadgets," which are just junk that are advertised, but wonder if anything really new is on the market that may help people like me.

It's usually best to ask a very focused question when dealing with technical aspects of reception. The physics of radio signal propagation and reception have not changed so there's no "magic" bullet that's going to increase your channel count short of satellite, cable or internet. Proper selection and application of available OTA tools are the things that can maximize potential.
What specific station or stations are you trying to receive that you are not?

You have one of the better antennas, (gain wise anyway), that you can get. It's only negative in your situation, is that is highly directional and your towers are spread around 180 degrees.
If you have a rotor to move it in the direction of the tower you want already then you are probably getting about all you are going to.
The only other options are;
1. like ADtech said is to ask about a specific station you want so people can think on that scenario.
2. Go into experimental mode and start making your own system(s). If you don't mind having several different antennas and doing trial and error at combining them when aimed in different directions then you may, (and that's all it is, MAY), get more channels.

I recently saw an ad for some new "Supertenna," as they call it.
Using "miracle jammers," and rheostats, it supposedly has a
guaranteed range of up to 200 miles. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We'll finally found the best ANTENNA manufactures buy one
And let us know how well it works.

Mainly, I was just wondering if anything new was on the market that would add some channels to my reception. I have it pointed almost due North & my latest scan gave me 17 stations. I know it is directional, & have tried it pointing in the ESE direction. That was of little help because those nations are mostly a copy of what I am getting from the northern direction.
I will leave it like it is. THANKS !

Maybe try an amp or different amp on your current antenna? A separate VHF antenna and a combiner? Lots of things you can try based on your time.
