Could you suggest an antenna for me? It would be mounted on the roof and be used for 2 tvs about 2 feet apart on opposite sides of a wall.

Welcome, superslow:
That's a tough choice; you have two directions to choose from. The signals from 203 deg true are stronger, but there are hills in the signal path. 203 also has ION and CW.
Here is a terrain profile for KNXV ABC. The transmitter is on the left and your location is on the right behind the mountains:

The signals from 138 have a clearer path, but they are further away and the curvature of the earth will block the signals.
I favor the 203 deg channels with a Winegard HD7694P antenna if there are no trees or building in the signal path; add a Channel Master 7778 preamp if needed. Try it without the preamp first. When you get one TV OK, then add a splitter. If the signals are too weak, replace the splitter with a CM3412 distribution amp.

You happen to be behind some of those mountain in Scottsdale that are blocking your signal path over Phoenix. Ironically, the simulator calculates the signals from Tuscon to be stronger, even at 107 miles away! Your actual ability to receive them, would of course, vary.
The signals from Phoenix are likely to be relatively strong but the will tend to be scattered. Do not assume that the most convenient mounting location will work out. Be patient, use only temporary mounting methods (don't drill any holes!) until you work out a spot that proves to be a good one.

Thanks for the info. If I try the Winegard HD7694P, do you think it may be possible to get the signals from 138? If I do either and need the preamp, would I also need the distribution amp?

You will likely need to choose which direction to focus on. That's why rotors were invented decades ago. ;)
It is unlikely that both a preamp and a distribution amp is needed. That arrangement is usually only needed in very very weak signal areas and where there is an very extensive signal distribution network with very long or a very large number of cable runs.
I would recommend no amplifier at all to start with, you may not need one. They can always be added later, if needed.

Agree with rabbit here
The 7694 is a very well built antenna that has the vhf and UHF beamwidth
And gain to get the job done
