Having Trouble In Atlanta.

About 4 months ago I had enough of evil Comcastia and decided to cut the cord. I installed an outdoor multi-directional antenna and everything was working pretty well until about 4 weeks ago. I lost the ability to receive several stations and the remaining ones are pixelating from time to time.
I added an older outdoor antenna to the mix with a splitter and everything was great for about 2 days then is started happening again.

Here is my setup:
Antenna Direct DB8E multi-directional connected to about 125ft of new RG6 quad-shielded coax. I have a Wineguard LNA700 Boost XT preamp 1 ft. from the antenna and the power injector is 1.5 feet from the TV.
Originally I had the antenna outside on a pole roughly 20 ft in the air facing directly Southwest. I ended up having to drop the height to 6 ft to receive some of the channels. The higher I raise the antenna, the less and less channels I receive (which is odd to begin with). I ended up adding an old WIneguard FL6550A to the run to be able to pick up the CBS channels about 3 weeks ago.
Right now I am recieving the ABC channels (2.1 thru 2.8), 17.1, CBS (46.1 thru 46.3), and 69.1. I lost both NBC (11.1 thru 11.3) and FOX (5.1 thru 5.2). I honestly don't care too much about the rest but really want FOX & NBC back.
What do I need to do, buy, add, take out, or change to make this work? Any help anyone can provide or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like trees, "everything was working pretty well until about 4 weeks ago.", then the trees grew leaves.

Now the signals are being blocked/filtered through all those leaves that were not there when you put up the antenna.

Thank you for the quick response. The weird thing is when I dropped the height to the 6 ft. most channels came back for a little while. I forgot to mention that NBC was not clear until I dropped the height as well. Most of the other stations in Southwest direction I haven't been able to receive either.

Step 1 get a VHF antenna for NBC. (Y10-7-13)

Step 2 find a location for your DB8-e UHF antenna that works for FOX

Step 3 get a UVSJ to combine the VHF to the UHF or replace the preamp with a TVPRAMP-1r.

The Tower Guy suggestions worked like a charm. Receiving everything locally and then some.

That's the same antenna combo I am using over on the NW side of Atlanta (Acworth). Did you change to the RCA preamp or did you keep the Winegard and use a USVJ?

I changed the pre-amp to the RCA model. Saw an instant difference even before I added the other antenna.
