As you can see channel 41 is very strong while the other channels are weak. My concern is if I add a preamp at the antenna the amp will be overloaded by channel 41. My thought to avoid this overload is to put a trap between the antenna and the pre amp. If this is the proper course, add a channel 41 notch filter, the next question is where do I buy one of those?
The antenna is a Channel Master extremetenna 80.
Bandwith 174 to 216 and 470 to 700 MHz
VHF Gain 5dB
UHF Gain 12dB
Front to Back Ratio 18dB
Impedance 75 Ohm
