Would love to cut the cord from my current satellite and cable options, but my report does not show much of any positive results. This is at 30' AGL rooftop mount. Perhaps a tower might help, but .......
Anything positive I'm not seeing here?

1. Your TV Fool Report is only resolved to the block level. It may or may not be accurate. Re-do it with these instructions: http://forum.tvfool.com/showthread.php?t=14508
2. Prepare several reports, at 30 feet, 50 feet and 100 feet. You will not go that high but the information on the report can be useful.

Just did this as per your suggestion, and nothing changes. Tried at 30, 50 and 100' and the results look the same.
Still but Alpena (CBS) and a couple PBS stations at distance.

This should do it:

Doesn't look too promising except for CBS on 11 and PBS on 15. Bummer!
