Hi,

I am fed up with Comcast [they raised my bill $52 today] and want to put up an antenna. I would like to get ABC, NBC, CBS, CW, WFYI and FOX. I am only using one TV.

Here is the link to my TV signal Analysis;

What kind of antenna would I need? Would any of the indoor antenna's that you hang on the wall or window work?

Thanks!

Probably unreliably. At 30 miles, indoors, and with a 2-edge signal path, you don't have much margin for success. If you have trees and/or neighboring homes in the signal path, your margin for stable, reliable reception plummets as clutter loss in the signal path increases.

The numbers say that a small high VHF/UHF combo is needed, probably attic or outdoors. The currently unknown variable is the previously mentioned possible clutter loss about which we know nothing. If you have an open field in that direction, reception will be easy. If you're looking into trees or your neighbor's house, not so much.

Thanks,

I have some large trees between myself and the direction of the towers [South West] that are about 50 yards from my home.
