New Antenna?

My parents have an old analog UHF antenna roof mounted at 35' that so far has been receiving signals for stations on the above report up to -40dbm in power. So they missing NBC and FOX and the secondary ABC affiliate (9) which is in NH vs Mass and gives a much better weather report for their specific location. The majority of the stations are all in the same direction and under 30 miles. They can live with missing the secondary ABC channel but they would prefer it.

I had thought maybe something along the lines of the Wineguard 7696P? Any other choices or ideas appreciated.

Antennas are antennas , there is no such thing as a analog or digital antenna. A piece of wire will receive both analog and digital Tv transmissions. There is no such thing as a analog or digital tv antenna. There are many web sites that have information of make your own tv antennas. Making your own antenna will also receive both digital and analog tv transmissions. Digital Tv antennas were invented in the marketing department.

Aimed south, any of the Winegard HD796X series antennas would be plenty of antenna... for those stations to the south.

Because WMUR is off in another direction, I would opt for a 4-bay panel antenna facing south and a high-VHF aimed at 343° compass

4-Bay: Antennas Direct DB-4, Winegard HD-4400, Antennacraft U4000, Channel Master CM-4221.

H-VHF: Winegard YA-6713, Antennacraft Y5713

Use a UVSJ to combine the signals into one down-lead. You should see enough signal to drive two sets with no amplifier.
