Analog transmitters CHEK-TV-3 (Port Alberni, BC) and CHEK-TV-5 (Campbell River, BC) have been shut down are not being replaced. The CHEK-TV received CRTC approval to shut them down and has advertised that they were shutting down on August 31, 2014.
