Until recently, I have not seen the thread rating used often. Now I am seeing threads rated randomly or perhaps unfairly.

Is there an issue with Firefox browsers that could be corrupting the rating tool? I almost exclusively use Firefox and now notice that if I try to rate an already rated thread, often I am told that I have already rated the thread which is not true of any recent threads.

If I have rated a thread, is there a way to remove or change my rating?

Up til now, I have never heard of any bugs with the thread rating system, Firefox or other otherwise. Could possibly be a configuration bug too. Let me look into it.

OK. It looks like this is a known bug that was discovered in vBulletin 3.8.4.

I will push for an update to the latest version to see if this clears up the problem.

I'll keep you posted.

The upgrade is complete.

A little bit of testing seems to indicate that the thread rating bug has been fixed. If there are any other issues, please let me know.

The thread rating system seems to be working for me! :cool:

The system is no longer indicating I voted when I have not. It correctly indicates when I have.
