KCPM (MyNet - 27.1) has not been on the air for at least 2 years.
They seem slow to update their status with the FCC.
They did have a digital transmission for a couple of months, but without audio, commencing on the digital transition date. I emailed them about it and they replied that some module needed replacing. Then, when they went 'off air', I emailed again but got no reply. Subsequent emails also get no reply.
KCPM, to my knowledge, is only available locally on Midcontinent Cable.

Is there some reason you are unable to use the phone?

I did try the phone, always got forwarded to voice mail, and never got a response/reply there either.
Go ahead, try yourself, let me know what the response is.
