I am in a poor reception area in Pine Mountain, ga. I am interested in receiving the networks. CBS,FOX, NBC, and ABC. I would like to use the Direct TV mount on the roof and install an antenna, mast, rotor, pre-amt to feed the existing coax wiring in the house. I would be nice if they made a rotor that would turn when you changed a channel or could you install two antennas?

Thanks for any help

Based on the path profile links in your TV Fool report, it looks as if there is a significant hill or mountain south of your location. This obstruction reduces your available signal levels and quality. Given the size of the antenna needed, I would consider using a more substantial mounting than a satellite J-pole.

I would use a large UHF/H-VHF antenna such as the Winegard HD7698P or Antennacraft HBU-44 or HBU-55. An RCA PRAMP1R preamplifier would be needed also.

You will want to mount so that as the antenna is pointed toward the south, it's not aimed into trees buildings or other nearby obstructions. I'd consider using a tripod or chimney mount.
