Would this antenna (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0024R4B5C/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) work for my application as outlined below? OR does someone have a better suggestion

1) really only care about local channels
2) Would prefer to keep antenna in my attic
3) small line of trees, but antenna would be 20 ft up. Trees are sparse and spread out
4) wiring is already in place 2 RG6 coax and 2 Cat5e lines
5) only looking to send wire to one location

Start with ANT751/R antenna in the attic aimed at about 245 degree magnetic compass direction.

Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html.

Use a Real and Actual magnetic compass to aim antenna.

----------

The signal strengths of the Local Digital Broadcast Tv stations/channels are Strong Signal Strength.

A antenna system amplifier is not required.

----------

Attics and the inside of buildings Are Not a reception friendly environment and Never Will Be a reception friendly environment.

If reception situations happen in the attic that are not resolvable with antenna aim and location adjustments in the attic.

Then move the ANT751 antenna to above the roof in such a manner that reception is not , obstructed , impeded , blocked , by the roof and building in the direction of reception , North West , West , South West.
