I am a recent cord cutter, and got rid of cable. I'm hoping to get local news and sports channels via an antenna.

I live in an apartment complex, so I won't have permission to install an outdoor antenna. I am wondering if a indoor Mohu Leaf or similar antenna will do the trick.

Here is the data for my location: http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=29&q=id%3d46ae1ef2fef771

I'd appreciate it if anyone could provide me some advice.

Observations and questions.

The Tvfool radar report shows Tv transmitters to the , South West and South East.

Tv transmitters are received the best with the least amount to no amount of obstructions in the path of reception.

What floor is your apartment??

What is the top floor of the building??

Do you have , windows , doors , patio or balcony , that face , South West , South , South East ??

Ouch, that's a big hill between your location and Lake Washington... Give a Terk HDTVa a try. It has intentional support for VHF channels such as KCTS, KSTW and KCPQ.

If you have a southwest facing balcony or window, they'll be your best bet for antenna placement.

If this was a single family home, I'd be suggesting a much larger antenna, outdoors and mounted high.
