You could get ABC & PBS with an internal antenna. To get CBS, NBC & FOX would need an external antenna on the roof. Is antenna on the roof an option?
Your best option in my view could be a clearstream 2v on the roof pointing 190 magnetic. I use it personally and I am loving it.

Thanks for the reply. Was hoping against that. I suppose it is, however, that would require more work than I'm ready to go for.

The CS2-V is a fine antenna, though in this situation, I fear it lacks the needed gain for reception of many of the weak, but available signals.
To answer your first question, "Will antenna work for me....?", Yes. A large all channel or Ch-7 through CH-51 would give you access to a good lineup of programming. Antennas such as the Winegard HD7084 or HD7698P would be in this class.
Outdoor mounting is a must if reception of the weak signals is to be successful.

No response for requested information.
Well any way.
For reception of what can be received with a indoor type antenna.
Most likely.
WRGB-DT PBS.
WGGB-Tv ABC and FOX and MyNetwork.
And maybe WWLP-DT NBC.
I recommend a TREK HDTVa antenna. Aimed at about 201 degree magnetic compass direction.
Here are places to buy antennas and etc. , http://www.solidsignal.com , http://www.amazon.com.
Here is how to aim indoor and outdoor antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html.
The best location to put the HDTVa antenna for reception is in a , window or patio/balcony window that faces south west , south , south east.
The main group of Tv transmitters is , south and a little west , at about 201 degree magnetic compass direction.

If the Tv is not close then run a loooong coax from the HDTVa antenna to the Tv.

The Tv Must Channel Scan for the Broadcast Tv Channels , often named the , 'Air Channels' or ' Antenna Channels' in the Tv setup menu because the Tv transmissions travel through the air from the transmitting antenna to the receiving antenna.
Go into the Tv setup menu and select , 'Air Channels' / 'Antenna Channels'.
Some Digital Tv's will automatic channel scan for cable tv channels.
DO NOT channel scan for cable tv channels.
To avoid scanning for cable tv channels , Go int the Tv setup menu and select , 'Air Channels' / 'Antenna Channels'.

If you will install a Big antenna above the roof , i will provide detailed information.
