Here is the report:

This looks like a tough one due to tower locations. My folks are looking to cut out there satellite due to increasing costs for very little selection. They are signed up for Amazon Prime and Netflix but I want to set them up with OTA local channels.

It looks like an attic mount might not be an option. If an attic mount doesn't work then a rooftop should work.

The house sits on a hill at a higher elevation relative to the rest of the terrain. There shouldn't be any thing that would cause interference.

Thanks for the help.

The tv fool radar report plot is showing - No antenna feet height above ground.

To see what signal strengths are with higher antenna heights please make 3 more tvfool radar plot reports. 25 feet , 40 feet , 60 feet.

That cluster at NNE looks like your best shot to get the major stations. I wouldn't even consider the attic at all. As for antenna, get a couple of opinions. You could go all out for a Winegard HD8200U. It's got a lot of gain which they'll need. I'm not sure I would go for less given that plot.

Antenna Systems 1 and 2 Are Not connected on to one coax.

Antenna Systems 1 and 2 are Separate systems all the way to the location of the Tv.

At the location of the Tv a Remote control A/B antenna coax switch will be connected to the separate antenna systems.

http://www.mcmelectronics.com , # 32-4425 , or , http://www.radioshack.com , #15-1968.

A/B antenna switching is Channel Surfing Friendly , press the button on the hand held remote control , change antenna systems and Keep On Channel Surfing.
_____

As always trees and tree leaves do a real fine job of reducing or blocking Digital Tv reception and so do building and other obstructions including roof and the house.

It is best to install the antennas at a location that has the least amount to no amount of obstructions of any type or kind in the directions of reception including the roof and house.

The Tv Must channel Scan for the Digital Broadcast Tv channels , sometimes named the 'Air Channels' or ' Antenna Channels' in the Tv setup menu because the Tv transmissions travel through the air from the transmitting antenna to the receiving antenna.

DO NOT channel scan for cable tv channels.
