I would like to set up OTA reception for my house. The house is pre-wired with RG6 Coaxial cable 18AWG to each room. To route the outdoor antenna to the junction box, it is probably close to 80 feet and back to the TV at the furthest point will probably be another 80 feet (total 160 feet). For now, I am looking at installing 2 TVs but potentially adding 2 more in the future.
Based on the TV Signal Analysis results:

Would Clearstream 2v be good enough or do I need Clearstream 4/5?
There is a 40 feet tall hill with houses on top right behind my backyard (North/Northwest) where all the stations are.
Can someone recommend an antenna and if any amplifier will be needed?
Thanks.

If your tvfool radar report plot is correct with the correct address then in the Current Plus Pending Applications Included Digital channels list is a Looong list of LOS = Line Of Sight , Digital Tv stations that are in the Green and Yellow reception zones.
The Tv transmissions Are Very Strong Signal Strength at your location.
Install a ANT751 antenna above the roof in such a manner that the roof or the house is not blocking reception to the north west group of Tv transmitters.
Aim the ANT751 antenna at about 323 degree magnetic compass direction , here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html.
http://www.solidsignal.com , has the ANT751 antenna with a J type antenna mount for , low dollars.
Check http://www.amazon.com , also.
The Tv transmissions Are Very Strong Signal Strength at your location , No antenna amplifier is required and is contraindicated due to the strong signal strengths.
For one Tv connected use No splitter.
For 2 Tv's connected use a common simple 2 way splitter.
For 3 Tv's connected use a common simple 3 way splitter.
For 4 Tv's connected use a common simple 4 way splitter.
________
As always , trees and tree leaves do a real fine job of reducing or blocking Tv reception and so do buildings and other obstructions.
It is best to install the antenna at a location that has the least amount to no amount of obstructions of any type or kind in the direction of reception.
The Tv/s Must Channel Scan for the Digital Broadcast Tv Channels , sometimes named the 'Air Channels' or 'Antenna Channels' in the Tv setup menu because the Tv transmissions travel through the air from the transmitting antenna to the receiving antenna.
DO NOT channel scan for cable tv channels.

I am surprised also to see the report showing such strong signals from 50 miles away.
The ad for ANT751 said "Effective up to 40 mile radius", will it be good enough for me since the TV Fool report showing strong signals?
Is RCA ANT751 a better antenna compared to Clearstream 2V or Clearstream 4/5? Or are the Clearstream overkill? Or is the ANT751 better for my situation since it is directional?

Tv antenna mileage are estimates , a general guide. For the general public.
The TV transmissions according to the tvfool radar report are -> Very Strong Signal Strength <-.
The ANT751 antenna is directional but not all that directional.
Yes I recommend use the Clear Stream 2 Complete UHF/VHF antenna.
And Yes go ahead and install the CS 2 Complete UHF/VHF antenna.
