Hi all. I am looking to get rid of cable and need some advice on antennas and size .do i need a medium or large some good brands or specific antennas would help also .if i need an amp or not. I would really like to try abd stick with a medium size if possible. Thanks for your help in advance

My preference would be a large UHF/H-VHF antenna such as the Winegard HD7698P mounted outdoors, paired with an Antennas Direct CPA-19 preamp.

A smaller version of the same antenna design, the HD7694P would give you less access to the weaker signals, but still offer access to the major networks broadcast from Chicago.

The Antennacraft HBU-44 & HBU-55 are similar competing products.
