Have no reception of channel 2.1 wkaq

Hi guys new at the forum . From what a read i'm on the right site. I was wondering if someone in my location is receiving this channel 2.1 WKAQ TELEMUNDO PR. Because i'm not , but i receive 4.1 and 6.1 that are on in the direction 204 and 205 degrees.

I get 2.1 WKTV and 6.1 WRGB, but no 4.1.
