That's my location hopefully it works. The area is Shell Lake Wisconsin and I want to get the channels in Eau Claire primarily so I can get news from a Wisconsin based news station since the Minnesota ones don;t really report anything. I kind of also want to watch Packer Games and also know what's happening my state for once since once again Minnesota's stations don't report any Wisconsin news and if they do it's very rare.
So I see the WEUX is about 57 miles away and the WQOW is like 71. I personally would like to know what Antenna to look into getting and what other stuff maybe needed. I will gladly put the work in if I can help it to get the channels.

The following is a Teleview recommendation for broadcast Tv reception.
The tvfool report is at street level only and might not represent a accurate picture of the reception at your location.
The Digital Tv stations/channels are Very Weak.
WEUX and WQOW are not receivable at the street level at 30 feet antenna height.
It is Important to make a accurate tvfool radar report.
To make a accurate tvfool report , go to the tvfool home page and click on >>Start MAPS<< , move the pointer to your location and make a tvfool radar plot map.
Be sure and enter in the 30 foot antenna height.
Also please make 2 more tvfool radar plot maps at 40 and 60 feet to see what signal strengths are at those antenna heights.

Ok I did that and It says at 40 and 60 feet that WEUX can come in since it's 59.2 miles away. before this whole DTV switchover I could get the Superior/Duluth Stations quite fine on Analog and now it's saying those would be weak.
So that's kind of where I got my assumption if I aimed at Eau Claire maybe they would come in since it's roughly the same distance and the same amount of trees and stuff interfering.
