Help in Mid TN...I want to ditch cable

My issue is that we are renting. Is there an antenna that will work for us that doesn't require permanent placement? Also, price is a big issue, unfortunately.

I don't know if it matters, but we have a computer connected to our tv with a built in tuner that we use as a dvr.

Keep the first radar plot. And make a new radar plot , with the antenna at 30 feet high. More antenna height makes for better reception. Yes there ways to mount a antenna non permanent. But first make a new plot with the antenna at 30 feet high.
