Sacramento stations will be easy, but before we make any recommendations, we really need to know how many TV sets you plan to use from the one antenna.

Two TV, I have a 50' tower that would need over 100' coaxial or I could attach to roof and be 30' high and only need to run 50+ feet of coaxial. Thanks for the help.

Presuming the report you have posted accurately reflects the signal conditions at your location, an Antennacraft HBU22 aimed at 313° should receive ample signal to drive 125' of RG-6 and a 2 or 4-way splitter. Several strong local signals coming from other directions will likely be usable as well.
