Hi all!!
I'm hoping for some professional analysis (not the "It all started when I didn't get pony on my 11th Bday" kind) and recommendations as to a good set-up! I'm looking at a chimney mounted antenna to maximize reception. I don't intend to go cheap either. Any cost incurred will be returned in a few months of a CommieCast free household. Additionally I'm looking to supply 3 HD TV's.
THANK YOU in advance!
My humbly submitted report:

If there is a clear view from the chimney to your main group of stations at 125 degrees magnetic.
Install an Antennas Direct CS2 complete, aimed to 125 degrees.
Run a new RG6 coax to the input of the first splitter.
If you have sets with DTV (ATSC) tuners you need to go into the menu and change them from CABLE to AIR/ANTENNA channels, then run a channel scan. If you are using older sets you will need converter boxes.
DONE!
The antenna and mount can be purchased from www.solidsignals.com.

Your location has Tv transmissions in All 3 Tv channel bands.
VHF low band channels 2 thru 6.
VHF high band channels 7 thru 13.
UHF band channels 14 thru 51.
Examples:
WOCK-CD , REAL VHF low band channel 4 , virtual number (x) ,http://americaone.com.
WBBM-DT , REAL VHF high band channel 12 , virtual number (2.1) CBS.
WFLD-DT , REAL UHF band channel 31 , virtual number (32.1) FOX.
_____________
Install a antenna that is Designed to receive All of the Digital Tv channels.
Install a Winegard HD7082P antenna above the roof aimed at about 126 degree magnetic compass direction.
Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html.
Use a common simple 3 way splitter to connect the 3 Tv's.
Here are some places to buy antennas and etc. , http://www.solidsignal.com , http://www.amazon.com , http://www.winegarddirect.com.
The Tv's Must Channel Scan for the Digital Broadcast Tv Channels , sometimes named the 'Air Channels' or 'Antenna Channels' in the Tv setup menu because the Tv transmissions travel through the air from the transmitting antenna to the receiving antenna,
DO NOT channel scan for cable tv channels.

Though the appearance of the antenna will be different than the CS2V, I'd take a very similar approach.
I see WOCK, real channel 4 on your report. Given the additional noise present in the low VHF spectrum, it's one of the most challenging signals available to you. I the attached screen shot, I've presumed a Winegard HD7015P or Antennacraft C490, 50' of standard RG-6, a Channel master CM4314 (4 output distribution amplifier) and cable beyond to individual sets. Use a 75Ω termination cap on the unused port of the DA.
The net noise margin of +10 dB leaves me confident that you would get reliable reception of WOCK, and of course, the long list of stronger signals.

Chimney mounts are good antenna mounts.
When installing the straps , have the straps far apart , this will make the mast and antenna more stable.
Here are some antenna mounts , http://www.ronard.com/909911.html , http://www.ronard.com/34424560,html , http://www.ronard.com/ychim.com , http://www.ronard.com.
Buy the ronard antenna mounts at solidsignal by typing the word ronard in the solidsignal search box. http://www.solidsignal.com.
______________
As always , trees and tree leaves do a real fine job of reducing or blocking Tv reception and so do buildings and other obstructions.
Mount the antenna at a location that has the least amount to no amount of obstructions the direction of reception.

The HD7082P antenna is a Strong Heavy Duty antenna , will last a Long time outside.
_______________________________
The Digital Tv transmissions are Strong and will be received down to At Least WOCK.
Use a common simple 3 way splitter first.
Before installing a CM3414 distribution amplifier.

I am Very interested in the reception of VHF low band channel 4.
The low band Digital Tv channels of 2 thru 6 are subject to more interference from natural earth noises such as lightning and human made interference such as electric and electronic signals then the other channels 7 thru 51.
Some questions I have are ,
on going signal strength??
any picture /signal break up during calm weather or storm weather??
