Indoor TV Antenna

I have an older analog Sony TV which we currently watch netflix on with our Wii. I am wanting to connect an antenna so we can receive local channels. I understand we will need a converter box and an antenna. Do you have any recommendations on an antenna? Would this be a good location? We are located in La Verne, CA near Target.

If a apartment or etc . , what floor?? , what is the top floor?? , what directions are the windows?? , what directions patios/balconies??
